All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and is GST inclusive. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Public and Trade
We sell to both public and Hair Professionals and for this reason, there are certain processes involved. Due to manufacturer requirements, there are some products that are exclusive to trade only. If you are qualified or in training, within the Hair Industry, you will need to register for a trade account in order to purchase these products.
Trade accounts will be verified within one business day. Supporting documentation may be required to access trade pricing.
Trade accounts have access to Sales & Technical Representatives, who can provide specialist advice such as in-depth product knowledge and training as well as communicate any special offers that we have available.

Professional use only products are to be used by qualified or in training hairdressers only.
All products are to be used in accordance to the products/manufacturers guidelines.

Promotional Offers and Introductory kits
All promotional coupon codes, offers and discounts are for online use only and are valid for the specified time frame only. All promotional coupon codes are one time use only unless otherwise stated. All promotional coupon codes, offers and discounts cannot be applied once an order has been placed or retrospectively. Where stated, promotional coupon codes are not valid in conjunction with any other codes. Nor can they be applied to an invalid or failed order.
Introductory kits are available to trade accounts as a once off purchase only.
Returns & Refunds
Please choose carefully as Salon Support do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Salon Support will not pay to return items, postage is to be paid by the customer. Salon Support takes no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest that you send them via registered post.
Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once Salon Support receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.
Salon Support will not be held liable for any public customer purchasing professional products. Please be aware that you are purchasing trade products without technical knowledge and purchasing at your own risk. Results may vary to what is desired. Salon Support will not be held responsible and no refunds or credits will be given.
Refunds, where applicable are processed within 5 - 10 business days depending on your financial institution
If you wish to cancel your order, we will be happy to accommodate only if the order has not been processed. We will gladly refund the amount charged by the method in which it was originally paid providing that the order has not been shipped.
