The world is a little overwhelming at the moment, and with so much going on it’s easy to get caught up in the madness of the world. We just wanted to send you a little message to say hang in there, and don’t forget to be kind to yourself and those around you.
We’ve put together a list of things that we hope helps you during this time - whether you’re working from home, out helping others or just trying to survive the daily grind we wish you well.
Stick to a routine & keep life as normal as possible
- If you’re working from home now, this includes getting dressed for the day, walking the dog & taking the kids to the park.
- Send your clients emails or SMS's to keep them updated on your business hours if they are changing, and don't forget to reach out to your social networks.
Keep up your vitamin intake
- Are you lacking in energy? Fruit, vegetables & whole grains are vital during this time to keep you feeling energised plus your body will thank you. Need a 3pm boost? Try a Kale, Apple & Ginger juice - your skin, hair & digestive system will love you for it.
Need a new hobby? Here’s some stuff you can do to keep yourself occupied.
Get Moving
- Do a virtual dance class, yoga class or learn a new craft.
- A family game of soccer is a low contact, great workout for little ones who have a lot of energy to use up.
Pamper Yourself (and your clients!)
- For a simple body exfoliating scrub, combine some coffee grounds & olive oil.
- Give your hair (and theirs) a detox using one of our nourishing hair masques.
