Once your item has been dispatched you will automatically receive an email with tracking information, please check your email before requesting your tracking number.

** When international orders reach your country of origin, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates of which Salon Support cannot be held responsible for. 

*** Due to International transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items. As a result, orders containing products within our texture ranges, 40 volume or aerosol products cannot be sent on international orders.

**** International taxes and duties if applicable are not calculated in your final order. Salon Support cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility of any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
